FIMC Commercial Realty’s property management division evolved from the original corporation, First Interstate Management Corporation in 1986, and has grown to be the largest leasing/management company in Amarillo.

Our management team is comprised of well trained and educated individuals many of which have obtained or are working toward the prestigious designations of CCIM, CPM, CAPS, CAM or CAMT.  Our experience portfolio includes properties in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Oklahoma.  FIMC has dealt extensively in management and leasing of office buildings, retail centers, multi-family housing, mini storage facilities and homeowner associations. 

FIMC provides full service accounting and reporting functions through Yardi’s state of the art web based Voyager property management software.  We are experienced in long and short term budgeting, market trends, construction management, property tax evaluations, property inspections, due diligence, feasibility studies, new construction lease up, financing, major property rehabs, expert witness testimony and consulting. 

The principals of FIMC are actively involved on a statewide and national level legislatively, keeping abreast of the ever changing property management issues.  The management team consists of seasoned experts in the business who understand the needs of the small private investor and the institutional client.
